Our Mission is to develop and deliver state-of-the-art human resources products customized to support each client’s specific needs. HHRS understands that our client’s most valuable asset is their employees.

Our Core Services include employee training and development specializing in employee recruitment, employee relations, organizational and employee development, and regulatory compliance including equal employment opportunities issues. Educational opportunities will maximize staff job satisfaction, increase individual performance levels, and aid in meeting organizational strategic goals. HHRS consultants work closely with each client and will customize any HR need.

Certification Workshops

HHRS offers nationally certified continuing education courses approved for credit by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Hillman Human Resources Solutions is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for the SHRM-CPSM or SHRM-SCPSM. Our most popular workshop is “The Three Rs of Human Resources Management for Millennial Employees: Recruit, Relate, and Retain”. This live workshop (or webinar) has been presented to national conventions in Orlando, local SHRM chapters, and numerous training courses. Your young professionals and management staff can learn the best practices needed to increase workplace harmony and productivity.  The information is based upon academic research by Dr. Hillman.
