Certification Workshops

HHRS offers nationally certified continuing education courses approved for credit by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Hillman Human Resources Solutions is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for the SHRM-CPSM or SHRM-SCPSM. For more information about certification or recertification, please visit www.shrmcertification.org.
Our most popular workshop is “The Three Rs of Human Resources Management for Millennial Employees: Recruit, Relate, and Retain”. This live workshop (or webinar) has been presented to national conventions in Orlando, local SHRM chapters, and numerous training courses. Your young professionals and management staff can learn the best practices needed to increase workplace harmony and productivity.  The information is based upon academic research by Dr. Hillman. Please contact Dr. Hillman to discuss your organization’s certification and/or workshop needs.

Contact HHRS  for all of your Millennial recruiting needs!

HHRS has just completed a three year study designed to figure out exactly what is needed to recruit, relate, and retain the current largest and most technologically advanced generation in the workforce: Millennials.  The results concluded that many employers report a lack of loyalty and work ethic from the youngest generation in the workplace.  HHRS has developed solutions to these problems associated with Millennials after surveying HR professionals and Millennial workers nationwide.  This includes a method to foster relationships between young employment candidates and potential employers. This type of relationship building is intended to mitigate early “job hopping” and sudden quitting without notice.  Contact HHRS today to dramatically improve the quality of your young employee recruiting pool.  We can find the “right fit” for your company.

Capture your organization’s retiring Baby Boomer knowledge before it is too late!

HHRS has developed a unique model to aid human resources professionals in passing company knowledge from Baby Boomer retirees to Millennial employees who are now beginning to assume more responsible positions in your company.  This model, developed by Dr. Hillman, has been recently published in the Performance Improvement Journal and presented at the International Society for Performance Improvement global conference on performance management in Bologna, Italy (view pictures here).  Let HHRS customize this system for your organization.  This will increase your company productivity and aid in the retention of your young talent.  For more information please contact Dr. Hillman.
